Spring Campaign Overview

For spring 2026, New Connection Co., Ltd. is running a zero brokerage fee campaign. For qualifying properties, the standard brokerage fee (up to 3% of property price + 60,000 yen) is completely waived.

Eligible Areas and Properties

We have prepared over 10 eligible properties in the following areas:

Maebashi area: Various new and pre-owned single-family homes

Takasaki area: Pre-owned condominiums near stations

Isesaki and Ota: Spacious pre-owned homes with large lots

Campaign Period

March 1 – May 31, 2026 (first come, first served; subject to change)

Eligible properties are updated regularly

Properties may be removed from the campaign before it ends

Some properties may not be eligible for the campaign
