I came to Japan at the age of 13, driven by a strong personal wish to support my family. After taking my first steps into working life at an auto-parts factory in Hiroshima, I gained experience across a wide range of fields: welding, waste collection, logistics, food manufacturing, and human resources.

Through these front-line experiences, I learned what must not waver in any environment: a deep sense of responsibility, discipline, and, above all, the importance of human connection.

At 27, becoming a single father marked a major turning point in my life. That experience deepened my awareness of responsibility and gave me the strength to turn adversity into growth.

Later, I was given the opportunity to become the first foreign hire at Gunma Sekisui Heim Co., Ltd., where I took part in planning and executing sales strategy. Creating value across cultures became a cornerstone of who I am today.

On September 19, 2018, driven by a strong sense of mission, "to contribute to the realization of people’s dreams through housing", I founded New Connection Co., Ltd.

We started with limited resources, but from day one we have committed to engaging every client honestly and attentively, regardless of nationality, language, or culture. Building trust is the very foundation of our business.

Going forward, building on the path we have walked, we will continue to face challenges without fear, open new possibilities, and keep delivering value to our clients and to society.
